A tailored Umrah package is built around your requirements rather than assembled from a fixed itinerary. You choose the departure date, the number of nights, how those nights split between Makkah and Madinah, the hotel level in each city, your departure airport and your room configuration. Everything else, from Umrah visa processing to transfers and Ziyarah, works exactly as it does on a standard package.

Not by default, and this surprises people. We do not charge a fee for building a package to your specification. What moves the price is what you actually ask for. A longer stay or a hotel closer to the Haram costs more. A Madinah heavy split or a quieter departure month often costs less than the equivalent fixed package. Tailoring is as likely to bring the figure down as up, and we will show you both versions so you can see where the money is going.

Yes, and it is one of the more effective ways to control cost without losing anything that matters. Many pilgrims choose a higher rating in Makkah, where the walking is heaviest and the crowds densest, then a 3 or 4 star hotel in Madinah where the area around Masjid an Nabawi is flatter and calmer. Tell us which city matters more to you and we will price the split both ways before you decide.

Yes, and multi generational family bookings are among the most common tailored requests we handle. We can request connecting or adjacent rooms, price children accurately by age, arrange wheelchair assistance, and choose hotels on walking distance rather than star rating so the least mobile traveller sets the standard for everyone. Group members can also arrive on different flights or different days where that is what the family needs.

Three to five months for most of the year, and considerably longer for Ramadan or the school holidays. Tailoring depends on availability, and availability is what disappears first. The more specific your requirements, the earlier you should ask. A request for eleven nights with connecting rooms 300 metres from the Haram is entirely achievable in October and very close to impossible three weeks out.

Yes. Send us your flight confirmation and we will build the ground arrangements around your actual arrival and departure times, whichever airport you land at. One thing we will always say plainly: a booking with no flights in it sits outside the ATOL scheme, because ATOL is flight inclusive by definition. We would rather tell you that than let a badge imply cover that does not exist.

Yes, provided the package includes flights booked through us. ATOL protection attaches to the booking rather than to the itinerary, so a bespoke arrangement is covered under licence 12834 exactly as a fixed departure would be. Your certificate is issued when your deposit is paid, and the licence number is verifiable on the Civil Aviation Authority register in under a minute.

There is no minimum. We build tailored arrangements for solo pilgrims, couples and families as readily as we do for masjid groups of forty. A smaller party sometimes has more flexibility rather than less, because fewer rooms are easier to secure at short notice and a single change of date does not need twenty people to agree to it.
