What is the best time to perform Umrah?

Umrah can be performed at any time of year. Ramadan is the most spiritually rewarding but also the most crowded and expensive. December, January and February tend to offer good weather at lower prices.

Do I need vaccinations for Umrah?

Yes. The Meningitis ACWY vaccine is required and must be taken at least 10 days before departure. We can advise you on where to get it in the UK.

Can a woman perform Umrah without a Mahram?

Women over 45 may travel without a Mahram in guided groups. Younger women are required to travel with a Mahram such as a husband, father, brother, son or uncle.

How long do travel formalities take?

Generally 3-5 working days from the date we submit your application. We recommend booking at least 3 weeks before your departure.

What documents do I need?
