Umrah scams have hurt a lot of families in east London, and the pattern is always the same. Money paid to a mobile number, no written confirmation, no ATOL certificate, and nobody to find when things go wrong. Getting to the Airport

Manor Park to Heathrow
On One Train

This is the part of departing from Manor Park that most people underestimate until the morning itself. Manor Park station is on the Elizabeth line. The Elizabeth line runs west across London and terminates at Heathrow, calling at Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. You board at Manor Park with your cases and you get off at your terminal. There is no interchange, no escalator with luggage, no changing platforms with a family in tow.

That matters because Heathrow is where Saudia operates direct services to Jeddah and Madinah, which are the flights most Umrah pilgrims want. A direct flight with a straightforward journey to the airport is a very different departure day from an indirect fare that saves £40 and costs you a connection with children at 2am.

Stansted and Gatwick still have their place, and for some dates a Turkish Airlines route through Istanbul from Stansted genuinely prices better. We quote whichever airport gives you the best combination of fare and journey rather than pushing one by default. Nusuk processing times differ from British passport applications and the document set is not identical. This is entirely routine for us, but only if we know at the first conversation rather than the week before departure. Bring your passports and vaccination certificates and we take it from there. We check passport validity, photograph specifications and your MenACWY certificate before submitting anything, because those three things cause almost every delay.
